2-in-1 function – drilling & splitting in one machine for maximum efficiency
Experience maximum productivity with the clever combination of the Wimmer AB2300T4 drill carriage and the Darda C20 Rock Splitter. The powerful drilling technology enables precise drilling, while the machine-guided splitting system ensures controlled and effective results. After drilling, the rig automatically swivels through 70°, allowing the splitting cylinder to be inserted directly – without the need for constant retooling.
Ideal for use in tunnelling and mining, quarries or on confined construction sites: This solution saves time, minimises machine changes and maximises efficiency. The intuitive control system allows a quick and uncomplicated start, even under demanding conditions. Robust components guarantee a long service life and reliability in daily use.
The WIDA was developed as part of a joint project with the company Firma Wimmer International from Austria.
